23.11.2017/The Kosciuszko Mound in Krakow recognised as a Historic Monument
The Kosciuszko Mound in Krakow and its surroundings – the Chapel of Blessed Bronisława and the fort – have been enlisted as Historic Monument.
Historic Monument is the most prestigious form of protection over historic sites in Poland, awarded since 1994. Objects of particular material and intangible value and importance to the country’s cultural heritage are enlisted. Up till now, the list comprised 80 entries.
